Veggie Bucket CSA Sizes and Pricing

We have intentionally sized and themed our shares to give you a wide variety of produce without the burden of having to work hard to consume it.

Farmstead Share – Enjoy the full bounty of the Farmstead. If you love vegetables, this is the share for you! We provide you with a wide variety of vegetables throughout the season ranging from broccoli to zucchini and everything in between. Most of the vegetables provided will be familiar to you but as this is a traditional CSA share, some of them will be new to you. This size feeds a family of 4-6 that likes vegetables or even a couple that are focused on eating mainly vegetables each week.

$694.35 for the entire 18-week season.

Harvest Share – Enjoy all of the vegetables that the Farmstead has to offer but on a smaller scale. Just like the Full Share, the Harvest Share follows the traditional CSA format to includes both familiar vegetables as well as a few of those that are lesser known (and soon to be your favorite). This size feeds a family of 2-3 vegetable eaters or a larger family that just wants to give this CSA thing a try.
$446.85 for the entire 18-week season.

Summer Share – If want farm-fresh produce during the delicious summer months, this is the share for you! The Summer Share is the same as our traditional Harvest Share but available exclusively for the weeks between mid-July and Labor Day weekend.

Basics Share – Providing you with farm fresh produce staples is what this share is all about.  Throughout the season the Basics Share will contain vegetables you are familiar with such as lettuce, onions, potatoes, and sweet corn. You can enjoy the best our Farmstead has to offer within the limits of a more restrained menu.  This share is smaller than Harvest Share due to the more specific produce selection provided but remains a great size for a small family.

$339.35 for the entire 18-week season.

California Extra Virgin Olive Oil -
This oil is produced on the Hope in Spades Ranch. The Arbequina variety is described as
“earthy, rich, fruity, buttery and grassy. It is the extra virgin olive oil you’ll want to dip your bread in or roast your veggies with. It makes a killer vinaigrette or a finishing drizzle on anything coming off your grill or out of your oven!” It is great on raw salad greens, perfect in pesto, and amazing drizzled fresh over pasta. One 12 oz bottle.
CSA Subscriptions are available only with the purchase of a CSA Share and cannot be purchased separately.

All summer long and into the Fall I enjoy the beautiful produce in my CSA share big red bucket from the Farmstead. What a difference fresh from the field makes. I’m totally spoiled. The cost comes out to a few dollars a week and is totally worth every penny.

Share with a Neighbor in Need.

Here on the Farmstead it is our mission to feed our neighbors in need.
We are intentionally growing our produce for this purpose.

For this season, we are committed to providing our farm-fresh produce to individuals and families in our community that need it.
We urge you to join us in this effort to use
Community Supported Agriculture to support our community with our farm fresh produce
by becoming a sponsor in our SHARE a CSA Share program.

Sponsor an entire Basics Share or pledge your support in a smaller amount. Any support you give will be life changing for these folks.
Even though your donation is not tax deductible (we are a socially responsible business but not a 501c3) and we cannot provide you
with the name of the recipients (due to privacy laws), be assured that your donation will go directly to pay for this produce.
It is our Farmstead promise.

Support in any amount from $10 - $339.35 will provide produce to a family this season.
